Not only do you need to find time to schedule an appointment during a time that works best for you to be home, you also need to factor in the time it will take for you to move all of your furniture and vacuum your carpeting before we come. If you are a commercial business we can schedule a carpet cleaning during your off hours. Those arrangements can be made ahead of time. Please work with one of our scheduling assistants to work out your professional carpet cleaning needs. We pride ourselves on being flexible for our loyal customers, so please let us know what works best for you and we will try to accommodate. Even though our normal business hours are 9-5, we do schedule early morning cleanings and early evening cleanings as well. If you need assistance with moving furniture, again just let us know. Depending on our schedule we may be able to do that for you as well.

Some additional tips include:
- Remove all small furniture from the carpeted area.
- Remove all breakable items from end tables and coffee tables.
- Pin up draperies to be at least six inches off the ground.
- Pin up any bed shirts that are touching the carpeting.
- Advise us on any furniture moving instructions. For example, if a piece of furniture has a loose leg, or is a heirloom.
- Call attention to any carpet stains.
- Put Pets in a safe quiet space when our carpet cleaning technician is at your home.
- Keep a close eye on your little ones when we are cleaning so that they too are safe.
- After caret is cleaned leave any tabs on furniture left in the room for at lest 48 hours
- No pets or kids on the carpet until it is dry.
- If you do walk on the damp carpeting, be careful when transiting to hard floor surfaces as your feet may be slippery.
